Take Part In Our Fitness Challenges

The Max Challenge is unlike any other place where you go to exercise. When you step into our gym in Marlboro NJ, you will not simply lift weights or walk on one of dozens of treadmills. We are a fitness challenge, and each session with us is unique. Our programs last for ten weeks, and they are designed to be inclusive for people of all fitness levels. If you have joined us in the past, you are always welcome to come back. The instructors modify exercises to be the right level of difficulty and intensity for your current level of fitness.

You could join us on your own or with a friend. We have fitness challenges specifically aimed at men, women, and moms. We also have sessions that anyone can join. We are not too competitive, but we do encourage you to reach your potential and do your best. The instructors act as personal trainers, showing you how to do each cardio or strength training exercise with proper form. As you get stronger and fitter, the exercises will change to meet your improved level of fitness.

We make it fun to get the physical activity that your body needs. Combining strength training and cardio exercises helps you burn calories at a faster rate. This means you see results sooner, which provides you with additional motivation to keep up the good work. Nutritional counseling is also an important part of what we do at The Max Challenge.
